GOALS:

The trustees of the Hindu Temple of San Antonio established the Balavikas program to provide a forum for the children of Hindu heritage

• To meet regularly, and learn about their traditions and customs
• To inculcate the basic knowledge of Hindu religion, culture, history and heritage to form the foundation for their future endeavors
• To develop moral values and pride in their heritage
• In order to have a successful program, the following rules are to be followed by the children, the parents and the volunteer teachers.
